Where'd you get the name "Unbossed" anyway?
In 1972, Shirley Chisholm ran for President of the United States. She was the first black woman to ever run and conducted a powerful, honest, true grassroots campaign. Her motto was "Unbought. Unbossed." We liked the idea and feel it embodies all kinds of good stuff.

What do you think you're doing?
We're sharing our experience and perspectives in the hopes of 1) getting it off our chests; 2) empowering the grassroots; 3) making some small difference in our national political dialogue; or 4) taking over the world.

What is the meaning of life?
The answer is 42.

How many angels can dance on the head of a pin?
As many as can fit. If you need a more precise answer, the following procedure is recommended (but not endorsed) by the Unbossed community:

(1) Measure the width of the average angel.
(2) Measure the width of the pin's head.
(3) Divide (2) by (1).
The numerical answer is left as an exercise for the student. Trolls who cannot correctly answer this question will be banned forthwith and without notice.

Who gave the angels permission to dance there?
They don't need permission. Angels are unbossed.

If a tree falls in the forest and no one is there to hear it, does it make a sound?
Yes! In fact, Gail Norton told me so on a starless night not long ago while we were digging holes to bury depleted uranium near an orphanage for shoeless Afghani children who love freedom as much as they love Chicken McNuggets™.
